How long will my items take to reach me?
UK and International orders are processed next working day (unless stated otherwise and are delivered within 3-5 working days for UK standard and 7 business days for International standard. UK 1 day express and International Express 2-4 day service is also offered at checkout.. We take every measure to try and get your items to you on time. Although very unlikely we are unable to control any delays or set back that delivery companies may experience in your country of delivery. Please note, we have no controld over individual users customs in the country of which delivery is to be made. No influence can be given by Sokora in order to hurry along any processing. Delays are rare but they can and do happen so please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Is there a faster Delivery method?

suit your needs. Please note this service is subject to extra charges to cover express shipping fees.
In case a user is not satisfied with the product they can opt for a refund before the product has been dispatched. Please note products are dispatched the next day after orders so if you change your mind please tell us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org
If the product has already been dispatched and arrived at your address, they must be returned without being opened and in the original packaging. Please note: Shipping charges are non refundable and actual shipping cost of items with Free Shipping will be deducted from refund amount
Please be aware that any products listed to be made, Pre Ordered or to be received within a certain period are CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED
All sale section and discounted sales are Final and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
A user must request for a refund or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. No products will be accepted post 14 (fourteen) days. Items must be returned as new and unworn. PLEASE NOTE: Items which involve piercings, such as earrings, Sets including earrings , nose rings, can not be returned or exchanged due to hygeine regulations. Sarees, Clothing and shoes are eligible for exchange only Please be sure you want to buy before completing payment.
Sokora Jewels has a return policy where a user can chose to return a product IF it is damaged *PLEASE NOTE Damaged or faulty items must be notified to us via email within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with picture evidence to email@example.com . The policy for return of a product is stated below. If the reason for the return is not in relation to a manufacturing fault, we may provide an exchange or credit note, however Sokora reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit note if the jewellery is not a standard ready made item.
The user is required to return all the contents of the Parcel including any boxes and packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please send back the package securely wrapped, via prepaid and insured post. Please note that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us.

There are a number of ways a user can place an order on the website.
1 – Online payment: A user can choose to make a payment online using their credit or debit cards or Paypal account. They will have to pay via PayPal Checkout but do not need a Paypal account to complete. and all items are sent to the address listed on Paypal invoice.

Shipping & Delivery
A user needs to specify the COMPLETE address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of order.
The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing the identification proof.
The user is required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Sokora Jewels we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
